Description
Contains four amino‑acid substitutions to improve enzymatic stability, without the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) albumin‑binding moiety. Binds GHRH receptors on anterior pituitary gland to trigger physiological pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone (GH) and elevate IGF‑1 levels. Short plasma half‑life (~30 min), closely mimics natural human GH secretory rhythm. Frequently studied together with GHRP‑type secretagogues for synergistic GH‑axis activation.
